RETURNS:

Full refund within 10 days of shipping (less shipping costs). Store credit within 20 days of shipping (less shipping costs). All returns must have a return authorization number-Please email, call or fax for one. Special orders or altered orders are not returnable. Please-we are not responsible for lost, damaged or mis directed mail sent back to us.

DELIVERY:

Most orders shipped within 7 days. Please allow time to reach you. Special or altered orders will take longer. We give personalized service-We are not a super store with hundreds of the same pieces. We hand pick most of our unique jewelry. It may take a day or so more but you are finding something THEY do not have.

SHIPPING:

Everything sent by UPS insured. No P.O. boxes please. Shipping costs depend on price of insured piece. No foreign shipments at this time please.
